Once our workroom has manufactured your curtains, and our courier has collected them, you'll receive a notification via email and text with a tracking link and an estimated delivery date.

Note: It's important to remember that this date is only an estimate and is subject to change. If you have any questions about the ETA of your delivery, you can always contact our friendly support team and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Delivery Day

On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification that your order is on board for delivery with a live tracking link that shows you the tracking history and ETA of your delivery. If you're home, the delivery driver will ask for your signature.

Can't be home to meet the driver? No worries. Our trusted delivery partners will leave your order in a safe place and take a photo as proof of delivery.

Authority to Leave

It is important that you provide authority for us to leave your delivery, just in case you aren’t home. So, your items will be left in a safe place, or the designated location specified by you in your delivery notes.

How are my Curtains and Tracks Packaged?

Curtains - Your curtains are carefully packaged in protective wrapping and sent in cardboard cartons. The number of cartons you will receive depends on the size and weight of your order. Each box typically weighs around 10kg, and will not exceed 20kg. Depending on the size, weight and thickness of your fabric, we can generally fit 2-3 curtains in each box. Each box will be one of two sizes: 500 x 400 x 200mm or 500 x 400 x 300mm.

Tracks - Tracks are packaged in solid cardboard tubes, with a maximum length of 2500mm. If the width of a single track exceeds this limit, it will be split in half, and track joiners will be provided to assemble them seamlessly when you're ready to install. Where possible, your hardware will be included inside the track tube. But some types of brackets and larger parts don’t fit inside the tube, so these will be secured to the outside of the tube with plastic wrap.
